Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver only to customer addresses in the United Kingdom. International delivery is not offered.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. This processing period is included in the total delivery estimate. Orders are not processed on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Transit time

After dispatch, carrier transit normally takes 4-7 business days. The total estimated time from order to delivery is 5-10 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier disruption, public holidays or severe weather.

Shipping cost

Standard United Kingdom delivery is free (GBP 0.00). Any optional delivery service and its exact charge are shown at checkout before payment. We do not add undisclosed delivery charges after an order is placed.

Tracking and large-item delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch and may take up to 48 hours to update. Large furniture orders may arrive in more than one package or require a delivery appointment.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If an order is late or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number.
